There is a 50% cancellation fee for No show appointments and same day cancelation, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. If failed to cancel or reschedule before the 48 hours of your appointment day you will be charge a 50% of your service. If you try to cancel your appointment after the 48 hour window the booking app will not allow you to cancel because you failed to cancel/reschedule your appointment. You will receive a confirmation tex 48 hours before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment, in which you will need to confirm your appointment or cancel the appointment. Please make sure to confirm or cancel the appointment once you receive this notification if you won’t be able to make it, to avoid getting charge the 50% fee. Thank you💕
